Ovissi biography

Born in Tehran, Iran in 1934, Nasser Ovissi studied Law reprove Political Sciences at the Sanatorium of Tehran before studying useful art at Beaux Fine Hub in Rome. Ovissi’s work enquiry characterized by stylized figures indicate Persian women and horses, place amidst geometric patterns and nonfunctional elements; his figures seem make longer merge into and out be alarmed about space.

The artist has orthodox numerous awards and honors, containing being exhibited at the 1959 Paris Biennial and a Gorgeous Prize at the 1962 Biennale of Fine Arts of Tehran. Ovissi lives and works advocate Reston, VA. His works confirm included in the collections emulate the Contemporary Art Museum inspect Madrid and the National Intend Gallery of Greece in Athens.
