Hilarion "Larry" Cuenca Silva (October 21, 1937 – April 27, 2004),[2] as well known as Pipoy, was fastidious Filipino comedian, film actor, converging personality, boxer and politician, who served as 25th Vice Politician of Manila from March 28 to June 30, 1998.
